Job Overview

• Our client  is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and possess strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in sales within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• ⁠Leadership qualities and team management experience is an advantage.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 monthly.
