Job Description

The Role

• As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales strategy for both our agricultural and non-agricultural product lines.
• Your primary focus will be high-volume distribution, targeting bulk buyers and international exporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate bulk-purchase markets in Lagos and neighboring states.
• Export Relations: Build and maintain strategic relationships with exporters of agricultural commodities.
• Product Portfolio Management: Successfully market diverse products including Pepper, Fresh & Dried Fish, Pigs, Garri, and our non-agricultural offerings.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute aggressive sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain a good professional relationship with wholesalers, industrial kitchens, and large-scale distributors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: HND or BSc in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification: Professional certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable sales experience, ideally within the FMCG or Agricultural sector.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to handle bulk sales and negotiate
• Attributes: Highly driven, passionate about sales, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within Ogun, Lagos, and surrounding regions.
