Job Title: Professional Barber

Location: Benin City / Ugbowo, Edo

Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Professional Barber to join our grooming team.
• The ideal candidate will be skilled in modern and traditional barbering techniques, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, trims, and grooming services
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
• Perform beard grooming, fades, tapers, and razor shaves with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and the barbershop environment
• Stay updated on current grooming trends and techniques
• Manage appointment schedules and walk-in clients efficiently
• Upsell grooming products and services when appropriate
• Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationship.

Education & Certification

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent
• Certification from a recognized barbering or cosmetology school is an advantage
• Health and safety or hygiene training is preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a professional barber
• Experience with both classic and modern hairstyles
• Portfolio of past work is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in various haircutting and shaving techniques
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of style
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,00 monthly.
