Job Summary

We are seeking a Creator Growth & Partnerships Lead to drive platform growth by onboarding creators and clients, strengthening marketplace relationships, and increasing adoption across the Lyvads ecosystem.
The Role
As the Creator Growth & Partnerships Lead, you will sit at the intersection of business development, community building, and client success.
You will be responsible for scaling Lyvads’ creator economy by building strong relationships with creators and business clients while ensuring seamless collaboration and measurable outcomes.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Drive creator and client acquisition across the platform
Identify, qualify, and pursue growth and revenue opportunities
Support marketplace liquidity and sustainable transaction growth.
Creator Ecosystem & Community Growth:
Build, engage, and nurture a vibrant creator community
Drive participation, engagement, and long-term loyalty
Strengthen relationships across the creator ecosystem.
Client & Creator Onboarding Experience:
Own and manage onboarding journeys for creators and clients
Guide users through platform features, tools, and services
Resolve onboarding issues and continuously improve user experience.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
Build and manage long-term partnerships with creators, brands, and organizations
Act as a trusted relationship manager for both creatives and business clients
Identify collaboration opportunities that drive platform growth.
Execution & Performance Tracking:
Track key performance indicators such as acquisition, engagement, and retention
Analyze data and feedback to inform continuous improvement
Take ownership of outcomes and deliver against growth targets.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, community management, or a related role
Experience working with creators, freelancers, influencers, or digital talent is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Previous experience in a startup or tech-enabled business is a plus.
