They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate & Property Management

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a high-performing, proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring property owners, engaging developers, and closing management agreements, while also leading and executing marketing and sales strategies that increase tenant acquisition, brand visibility, business growth, and market presence across digital and offline channels.
  • This is a hands-on sales role, not passive coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition of property owners into management and short-let programs.
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with landlords, absentee owners, and investors.
  • Engage and build partnerships with real estate developers for bulk units, new builds, and managed rental opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close property management, sublease, and partnership agreements.
  • Generate and manage sales pipelines through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and virtual meetings.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rental properties and services, increasing property visibility and rental occupancy.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, property listing platforms, email, and websites.
  • Drive lead generation and support occupancy growth.
  • Oversee branding, content creation, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Lead and support a small sales team to meet onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Track leads, conversions, and closed deals; provide regular sales performance reports.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align sales and marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding of newly signed properties.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of properties onboarded monthly
  • Deal conversion and close rate
  • Revenue generated per property
  • Developer partnerships secured
  • Team sales performance against targets

Requirements

  • 4–6 years’ experience in sales, real estate, property management, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals, particularly with property owners or developers
  • Experience engaging and negotiating with developers, landlords, or high-value clients
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, target-oriented, and highly accountable
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) , planning, and leadership skills.
