We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Internal Audit Department

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk-based audit plans
• Evaluate internal controls and risk management
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CBN, NMRC, etc.)
• Review credit and mortgage operations
• Provide advisory services to management
• Lead and develop the internal audit team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, etc. (Master’s preferred)
• ACA/ACCA/CPA + CIA (desirable)
• 10-15 years’ experience (5+ in senior role)
• Strong knowledge of mortgage banking and internal controls.
