Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Professional Barber to join our grooming team. The ideal candidate is a trend-savvy stylist with a deep understanding of classic and modern barbering techniques.
• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional grooming services while staying ahead of evolving hair and beard trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
• Execute a wide range of styles including:
  • Skin fades, taper fades, burst fades, drop fades
  • Textured crops, French crops, and Caesar cuts
  • Pompadours, slick backs, quiffs, and comb-overs
  • Afro fades, sponge twists, and high-top fades
  • Buzz cuts, crew cuts, and Ivy League cuts
  • Mullet revival cuts and modern shag styles
  • Undercuts with design patterns and hard parts
• Shape, trim, and style beards and mustaches using razors, clippers, and scissors.
• Offer hot towel shaves, beard conditioning, and facial grooming treatments.
• Recommend hair and beard care products based on client needs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation.
• Build strong client relationships and provide personalized consultations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a barber or men’s stylist.
• Proficiency in both classic and contemporary haircutting and grooming techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hair tattooing and precision line-ups.
• Knowledge of curly hair care and styling.
• Familiarity with hair coloring, bleaching, and toning for men.
• Social media savvy for showcasing work and engaging clients.
