The Content Creator will develop, produce, and manage engaging digital content across social media, website, and marketing channels to showcase MSMETICS beauty products and OUTLASH fashion items.
This role drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through trend-driven visuals, videos, reels, and stories that capture our customer-centric vision.
With 2 years of experience in beauty/fashion content creation, the Content Creator will collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Operations teams to create scroll-stopping content that builds community and converts followers into loyal customers.
Key Result Areas (Detailed Responsibilities)
Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, product launches, seasonal trends, and campaigns for MSMETICS (beauty) and OUTLASH (fashion).
Research beauty/fashion trends, competitor content, and viral opportunities to keep MSMETICS OUTLASH relevant on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to plan product-focused content (e.g., tutorials, hauls, styling tips).
Content Creation & Production:
Create high-quality visual content: product photos, short videos, Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories, and infographics showcasing beauty looks, fashion styling, and lifestyle vibes.
Shoot on-location content at stores, photoshoots, or events; edit using tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Premiere Pro.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions.
Social Media Management & Posting:
Schedule and post content across platforms, optimizing for peak times and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond promptly to build community and handle customer queries.
Run polls, Q&A sessions, giveaways, and user-generated content campaigns to boost interaction.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Track content metrics (likes, shares, saves, click-throughs, conversions) using platform analytics and tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on content performance, highlighting top-performing posts and recommendations for improvement.
A/B test content formats, captions, and posting strategies to refine what resonates with our beauty/fashion audience.
Brand Collaboration & Campaigns:
Partner with influencers, customers, and store staff for authentic content (e.g., customer testimonials, staff styling tips).
Support product launches with teaser content, unboxings, and live sessions.
Create behind-the-scenes content from stores, events, or TGIF parties to humanize the MSMETICS OUTLASH brand.
Asset Management & Compliance:
Maintain a content library of photos, videos, and graphics for reuse in marketing materials.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, social media policy, and avoids confidential information sharing.
Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and tools to keep content compliant and innovative.
