Summary

• We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a reputable hospital.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and visitors courteously
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Work closely with medical and administrative teams.

Requirements

• OND/HND or equivalent qualification
• Previous customer service or hospital experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
