We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Objectives

• The Driver at Bankyloolas is responsible for the efficient and timely transportation of goods, personnel, and supplies in support of the company’s operations.
• This includes driving the procurement team for market purchases, transporting stocks from the head office to outlets, supporting the event team, and assisting with customer deliveries when necessary.
• The driver must meet specific delivery targets to receive full salary compensation and be eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Core Responsibilities
Transportation of Procurement Team:

• Safely drive the procurement team to market locations for purchases and pick up items from vendors.
• Ensure timely arrival and return of the procurement team to meet operational schedules.

Delivery of Goods to Outlets:

• Transport stocks from the head office to various outlets, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Ensure the safe and secure handling of products during transit to prevent damage.
• Always request waybill from supply chain and also delivery punch from the outlets.

Event Team Transportation:

• Safely transport the event team to event venues, return to the head office once the event team has arrived at the venue, and perform other duties available at the head office or outlet.
• Return to pick up the event team after the event concludes, ensuring they are transported safely back to the office.

Assisting Outlets with Customer Deliveries:

• Provide support to the outlets in delivering customer products in the event of extreme rider unavailability.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders following Bankyloolas Delivery Policy.

Vehicle Maintenance and Safety Compliance:

• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
• Keep the vehicle clean and maintained, inside and out, ensuring there is air-freshener at all times in the vehicle.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Complete daily logs and documentation related to vehicle usage, deliveries, and mileage.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or issues related to the vehicle or deliveries.

Delivery Targets:

• The driver is required to complete a minimum of 300 deliveries per month (including stock, customer orders, events, and procurement pickups) to qualify for their full salary.
• If the driver completes less than 300 deliveries in a month, their salary will be prorated based on the number of deliveries completed.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
