Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary

• Kingres Properties Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Executive to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operation of all computer systems and digital platforms.
• The role is fully onsite, and the successful candidate must live close to the office to provide prompt support when needed.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Operations:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for computers, printers, internet, CCTV, and office systems
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues
• Ensure regular system updates, backups, and data security

Systems & Network Management:

• Manage local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, routers, and basic server functions
• Monitor internet performance and liaise with service providers
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Digital Platforms & Applications:

• Support company email systems, CRM tools, and cloud applications
• Assist with website updates and coordination with external developers (where applicable)
• Support digital tools used for marketing, sales, and customer service

Data Security & Compliance:

• Ensure protection of company data and client information
• Implement basic cybersecurity best practices
• Support compliance with internal IT and data protection policies

Reporting & Improvement:

• Prepare basic IT reports and incident logs
• Recommend system improvements and cost-effective IT solutions
• Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in IT support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
• Familiarity with routers, CCTV systems, and office IT equipment
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data backup procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently

• Must reside close to the office environs
