Location: Chevron, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth through sales strategy, partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion.
• The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, convert leads into revenue, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
• This is a fully onsite role, and candidates must live close to the office environs.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share
• Identify and pursue new clients, investors, and partnership opportunities
• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations
• Manage client pipeline and follow up on prospects
• Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

Market Research & Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive activities
• Provide management with insights and recommendations for growth
• Support pricing strategies and new property launches

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and management teams
• Prepare regular reports on leads, sales performance, and market intelligence
• Support training and mentoring of junior sales staff where required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate (strong advantage)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Good understanding of the Nigerian real estate market
