We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Island, Lagos

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth across our real estate, REIT, and investment portfolios.
  • The ideal candidate will be a skilled hunter with a proven ability to generate quality leads, build lasting relationships, and consistently meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and qualify high-potential leads and new business opportunities across the group's real estate developments, REIT funds, and investment products.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual business development and sales targets
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, and institutional partners.
  • Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and investment pitches to convert leads into clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies for effective lead generation.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, financial models, and sales contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company policies.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, navigating complex sales cycles in the real estate and financial investment sectors.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes within real estate, REITs, and banking.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to senior management on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in business development or sales, with a successful track record in the real estate, investment/REIT, or banking/financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding business development and sales targets, supported by metrics.
  • Proven expertise in generating and managing a pipeline of quality leads through various channels.
  • Must be a current resident of Lagos with an established local network.
  • 6. Must possess the flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client meetings and deal closures.
