Job Summary

• The Social Media Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing, a deep understanding of each platform's advertising tools, and a strong ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies tailored to target audiences on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage advertising budgets, allocating resources efficiently to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive edge and innovation in advertising strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media initiatives with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in social media advertising, specifically on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Proven track record of successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month
