We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

The Role

• As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all company operations.
• You will manage resources effectively and implement cutting-edge strategies to optimize productivity. 
• This is a high-impact role that blends traditional operations management with digital transformation and IT infrastructure oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline company processes.
• Digitization & Automation: Lead the digitization of operations and automate report/approval lines on the ERP platform.
• IT & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and digital dashboards.
• Project Leadership: Supervise projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, quality standards, and timelines.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the central information coordinator to manage cross-subsidiary operations and avoid interdepartmental conflicts.
• Risk & Compliance: Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• People Leadership: Manage a diverse team including Team Leads, Assistant Managers, and IT support staff.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in process optimization, workflow development, and leveraging productivity tools.
• Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Problem-solving, and Analytical Skills.
