Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Create, curate, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter.
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Report regularly on KPIs, campaign results, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Someone who is not camera shy.
