Job Title: Design Engineer (Al-Native)

The Mission

• They are shifting away from traditional, static design handoffs.
• We are looking for a Design Engineer who can bridge the gap between high-level creative vision and production-ready Ul code.
• Instead of pushing pixels in Figma, you will use Al-native workflows (like vO.dev, Cursor, and Tailwind) to build consistent, beautiful, and functional interfaces for a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid UI/UX Orchestration: Use generative AI tools (vO.dev, Replit, etc.) to transform client requirements into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design System Management:
• Leverage Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ ui to ensure every page generated is structurally consistent and adheres to a unified design language.
• Multi-Brand Adaptation: Quickly translate various client brand guidelines (colors, typography, spacing) into global CSS variables and design tokens that the Al can follow.
• Visual Quality Control: Act as the "final eye." You must be able to spot and fix Al "hallucinations," layout shifts, and accessibility issues that the tools might miss.
• Iterative Prompting: Develop and maintain a library of "System Prompts" that allow the team to generate complex Ul components without losing brand integrity.

What we are looking for

• Visual Literacy - An elite "design eye."
• You know what makes a Ul feel premium vs. generic (hierarchy, whitespace, kerning).
• Al Mastery - Expert-level prompting skills in vO.dev, Cursor, or Windsurf.
• You know how to "talk" to code.
• Frontend Foundation - Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, React, and TypeScript.
• You don't need to be a backend dev, but you must understand modern web architecture.
• System Thinking - Ability to build reusable components rather than one-off screens. You think in "patterns."
