Job Title: Nanny / House Manager (Live-in)

Key Responsibilities
Childcare Duties:
Provide attentive and nurturing care to the child(ren), ensuring the physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
Plan and supervise age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to promote intellectual and social development.
Manage the daily routines of the child(ren), including meal preparation, school drop-offs and pick-ups, extracurricular activities, and bedtime schedules.
Assist the child(ren) with homework and school projects, fostering a love for learning and academic progress.
Monitor and respond to minor medical needs; maintain basic first-aid preparedness and promptly address any emergencies.
Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging relationship with the child(ren) to support their emotional well-being.
Household Management Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional living environment.
Supervise and coordinate other staff/workers responsible for short-term or long-term tasks within the household; ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Manage household inventory, supplies, and procurement, ensuring stock availability and monitoring expenses.
Coordinate home maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, ensuring the smooth running of household systems.
Plan and execute household events or gatherings, as approved by the CEO.
Maintain household schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel plans for family members.
Operational Administration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a secondary point of contact for approved household vendors and service providers.
Maintain records of household expenses, repairs, and schedules for accountability and reporting purposes.
Adhere to household policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Work closely with the CEO to align on household and childcare expectations, ensuring mutual understanding and seamless communication.
Proactively identify ways to improve household efficiency and offer solutions to meet family needs.
Ensure discretion and confidentiality when interacting with family members, guests, and external service providers.
Participate in relevant virtual or/and physical training programs to enhance skills and certifications related to childcare and household management.
Requirements
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Nanny or/and House Manager.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to balance childcare and household responsibilities effectively.
Impressive interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
Skilled in utilizing household management technologies, budgeting tools, and scheduling software.
The ideal candidate is someone who:

possesses CPR or First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain);

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
