We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: After Sales Engineer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product repair, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality.
• Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyse faults based on these diagrams.
• Proficient in using a soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware.
• Communicate with customers and the technical team to address after-sales technical issues.
• Maintain detailed service logs and reports.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for system checks and upgrades.
• Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installations

Requirements

• A graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course in the related field.
• Minimum 1 years practical experience as an After-sales Engineer in a solar company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do on-site/field work.
• Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Familiar with electric circuit faults.

Salary
N120,000 - N250,000 monthly.
