We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Technician

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
• Inspects facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure proper functioning
• Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations
• Installs, tests, and calibrates new equipment or systems as needed
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinates with vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized repairs or installations
• Monitors building systems to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Assists in facility upgrades, renovations, and preventive maintenance programs
• Supports a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for all staff and occupants.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
