We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Head

Location: Ago Palace Way, Lagos

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

• We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Warehouse Head.
• You'll support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Your goal will be to maintain a safe, productive, and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular audits.
• Ensure accurate labelling, storage, and rotation of goods.

Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise and coordinate the shipment, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

Team Management:

• Assist in leading and developing a team of warehouse staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet productivity and quality standards.

Health and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Assist in generating reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and productivity.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to easily commute to Ago Palace Way, Lagos.
