Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

• Production supervisor is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of production processes by organizing workflows, monitoring people, materials and overseeing routine production activities and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace

Key Responsibilities

• Develop weekly and daily production plan to achieve set targets and ensure the supply of raw materials, and personnel requirements as needed.
• Schedule and supervise inventories of raw materials
• Plan, schedule and supervise work operatives to ensure proper distribution of work, adequate manning and facilities for performance of duties.
• Ensure availability of required raw material through constant liaison with line manager and ensure that the goods and materials are stored from theft, damages, deterioration, and minimize the total cost of stock holding.
• Ensure that security arrangements of your inventory are adequate and operating satisfactorily
• Coordinate production activities in factory and ensure that variances are kept within specified limits.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and hygiene on the floor and ensures that only tested and approved raw materials are used in production.
• Manage and handle disciplinary actions, grievances, promotions, transfers and leave schedules
• Ensures the control of wastages or bad and damage and reduction of cost by strict adherence to standards through proper work methods and good manufacturing practices.
• Ensure 100% order fullfilment and on time delivery (OTIF)
• Responsible for development and management of interphase between production team and crave city outlets.
• Ensure good manpower planning and job scheduling to improve sales in the outlet to achieve zero stock out of products.
• Ensure timely and daily production reports and entries on ERPNext
• Ensure daily stock reconciliation with finished goods both on system and physical.
• Track material consumption in relation with production BOM.
• Maintains SSOP/HACCP in the factory and ensure weight check correspondence in each section.
• Ensure real-time tracking of production progress and proactively manage material flow to minimize delays and shortages.
• Promote skill development and performance improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team alignment with departmental goals and production targets.
• Ensure materials availability by working closely with the supply chain team and controller for the materials etc

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 years experience.
