Job Title: Relationship Marketing Officer

Location: Abia, Abuja (FCT), Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Gombe, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara , Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Zamfara,

Job Summary / Duties & Responsibilities

• To support business growth by promoting travel loan products throughout Nigeria.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients' expectations.
• Notify customers in advance of the maturity date of their travel loans.
• Diligently perform other responsibilities assigned by the team manager.
• Quickly and effectively resolve client complaints.

Qualification & Experience

• OND, First Degree in any discipline from an accredited higher Institution
• Required: Minimum of 1 years of sales and business development experince in the banking/financial sector, Travel and Tourism.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Presentation, Negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Knowlegde of the Microsoft Office suite
