Ruhe Global Resources (RGR) is an international education consultancy, Language and examination Tutorial Center. We represent the interest of several institutions in Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Turkey, Russia, France, Italy, China, India, Germany, Dubai, New Zealand, USA and United Kingdom.(other Europe, Asia and Middle east countries) and offer national and international examinations, Registration tutorial and preparation service.
We are seeking a results-driven Student Recruitment and Conversion Officer to support the recruitment and enrolment of international students.
This role is heavily focused on sales conversion, high-volume enquiry management, and achieving enrolment targets through proactive counselling, follow-up, and relationship management.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment funnel—from enquiry to enrolment—while delivering excellent customer service and personalised counselling to prospective international students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
International Student Recruitment & Sales:
Manage and convert international student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, CRM systems, and virtual platforms.
Actively promote international study programmes, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and career outcomes.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrolment and conversion targets.
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture leads and drive offer acceptance.
Represent the institution at international education fairs, virtual events, school visits, and partner engagements.
Student Counselling & Conversion:
Provide one-on-one counselling to international students and parents, advising on programme suitability, progression pathways, and study destinations.
Guide students through application, offer acceptance, deposit payment, and enrolment processes.
Proactively follow up on incomplete applications, conditional offers, and expired offers to maximise conversion.
Address objections related to fees, visa concerns, entry requirements, and employability with a confident, solutions-focused approach.
Applications & Admissions Support:
Support applicants with accurate completion of application forms and documentation.
Review academic documents and ensure compliance with international admissions requirements.
Liaise with internal admissions and compliance teams to track application outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, applications, offers, and enrolments in the CRM system.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Deliver a high standard of customer service across all stages of the student journey.
Build long-term relationships with students, parents, agents, and international partners.
Provide timely updates and clear communication to maintain engagement and trust.
Ensure ethical recruitment practices and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Marketing, Business, Counselling, or a related field
2–4 years
applicants with experience in international student recruitment, admissions, sales, or education consultancy or similar - strongly considered
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment or sales targets
Knowledge of international admissions and visa processes (UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe and other countries etc.) is a strong advantage
