Job Title: Email Marketer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid Once a week)

Role Overview

• We are looking for a passionate and experienced Email Marketer to support the execution of email campaigns.
• As an Email Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that align with our goals and drive measurable results and deliver creative and effective email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute email campaigns aligned with brand goals and objectives.
• Grow, segment, and update email list quality for highly targeted campaigns.
• Build, launch, and optimize weekly campaigns, run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, segmentation.
• Plan, build, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, repeat purchases, and revenue.
• Create and manage monthly email marketing plans and calendars, email templates with graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
• Analyze campaign performance data and report key performance metrics to management to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement to understand what drives engagement and sales.
• Plan, setup and scheduling of email campaigns (Klaviyo), seasonal campaigns, promotional emails, new product announcements, and loyalty programs.
• Develop and maintain segmentations, campaign assets, contact lists, automation flows, and launch series to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Design and adapt email marketing creatives using tools such as Canva, ensuring brand consistency and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and tools to drive innovation in campaigns
• You must be comfortable writing copy that resonates with the target audience and leading strategy independently.

Requirements

• At least 1 year proven experience in email marketing strategy, digital coordination in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, with experience mainly in Klaviyo
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating email marketing graphics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports and presentations
• Knowledge of email copywriting and design principles for the email graphics
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and tools like Notion and Slack.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and tools to drive innovation in campaigns.
