Job Title: Social Media Strategist
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
Lead the storytelling, creative direction and vision for all project documentaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
Plan, create, and manage content calendars across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Collaborate with the design,production,marketing, and operations teams to produce engaging visuals.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
Manage online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
Optimise content and campaigns based on insights and performance data
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all platforms
Monitor competitor activity and industry tren
Ensure the production of high-quality content that enhances the reputation of the Al-Treuhand brand.
Develop compelling narratives that communicate the impact of constructionand architectural projects and their value to our clients.
Create, direct, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional materials, client project documentaries, and social media content.
Stay up-to-date on design trends, software, and industry innovations to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
Maintain compliance with copyright regulations by securing rights for video, images, and soundtracks.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
Minimum of 2to 5 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
Proven experience growing social media accounts and engagement
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Basic graphic design and video editing skills is an added advantage
A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and feedback.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated experience managing video content for YouTube,Tiktok, and Instagram.
Knowledge ofArchitectural and interior design, construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.
Prefferd Candidate Core skill and competency requirement:
Storytelling:Ability to develop and execute compelling storytelling that resonate with audiences, leading end-to-end video production from idealizationthrough to final editing, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Creative Thinking:Ability to pitch and execute creative ideas that align with platform trends and brand objectives.
Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of YouTube,Tiktok, and Instagram, with a proven track record in video publishing and audience engagement.
Video Editing Expertise:Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with knowledge of post-production tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Project & Time Management:Capable of managing multiple briefs and deadlines while maintaining a consistent video release schedule.
Analytics & Insights: Skilled in interpreting video performance analytics and leveraging data to optimize content and distribution strategies.
Communication & Collaboration:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients, ensuring clear alignment and smooth workflows.
Organization & Attention to Detail:Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail in editing, metadata optimization, and copyright compliance.
Passion & Energy: Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for creating engaging video content and growing a strong presence across YouTube and Instagram.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
