Job Description

• We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of software projects across cross-functional teams.
• This role is ideal for a highly organised early-career professional looking to grow into technical project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of software development projects
• Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate communication between developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
• Assist with sprint planning, stand-ups, and progress reporting
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and escalate appropriately
• Maintain project documentation and status dashboards
• Support the delivery of projects within the agreed scope and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (or strong internship/NYSC exposure) in project coordination or tech teams
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts is an advantage
• Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Salary
N180,000 - N240,000 monthly.
