Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation: Peeling and washing beans (often a time-intensive, labor-intensive task) to ensure the proper texture.
• Mixing and Seasoning: Grinding the beans, then whisking the batter to introduce air, often adding chopped onions, peppers, and salt for flavor.
• Deep Frying: Utilizing precise techniques to achieve a light, soft, and airy texture while ensuring the outside is crispy.
• Recipe Consistency: Maintaining the taste, shape, and quality of the akara.
