Job Title: QA / QC Lead – Fiber Operations

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a QA/QC Lead to ensure quality assurance, compliance, and excellence in fiber deployment and outside plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on fiber deployment projects
• Perform milestone and final acceptance testing
• Ensure compliance with standards and specifications
• Manage audits, reporting, and documentation
• Support training and capacity building for teams
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• B.Eng in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in fiber deployment and civil works
• Strong knowledge of fiber standards and QA/QC processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/Visio (GIS is a plus)
• CFOT certification is an advantage
