Elkris Foods is an innovative and indigenous food manufacturing and packaging company in Nigeria. We are here to bridge the chasm between our rich, delicious variety of indigenous soups and the poor quality of existing swallows. With this, our Swallows will naturally become a rallying point for our local soups. We also want to present to Nigerians and in fact the entire African continent a plethora of uses our healthy flour can serve. Consequent upon this, we are specifically devoted to the development and production of healthy alternative Swallows, Beverages, Cereals, and Confectionery.

Although Elkris Foods started in the UK, we decided to move our business to Nigeria to rightly and effectively position ourselves to leverage the population forecast of Nigeria becoming the one of the top three most populous nations by the year 2030. The strategic intent is to have any of the Elkris Foods Brands on the breakfast, lunch or dinner of at least 20 million households across Nigeria every year by the year 2030 to promote a healthy diet culture among the populace.

• We are seeking a highly driven Trade Marketing and Business-to-Business (B2B) Manager to join our team and help expand our footprint across key trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales growth
• Manage and grow B2B relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients
• Plan and implement in-market activations, promotions, and merchandising activities
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure effective execution of trade programs
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage key trade accounts
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in trade marketing and/or B2B sales (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to execute trade marketing campaigns successfully
• Good understanding of Lagos trade channels and distribution networks
• Result-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
