• The Nigerian property market is broken. It is defined by stress, scams, and mistrust. NeoLiving is not just "another PropTech"; we are the infrastructure that makes buying a home safe and transparent. We have the technology. Now, we need the voice.
• This role is not looking for a "Social Media Manager." We are looking for a relentless strategist who can build a brand from the ground up.
• You won't just be posting content; you will be defining how Nigerians perceive property ownership in the digital age.
• The Strategist will lead and implement strategies to drive brand growth through effective lead generation, innovative marketing campaigns

Key things that you will drive:

• Own the Narrative: Your KPI is simple - when someone thinks of buying or renting a property in Nigeria, they think "NeoLiving”. Similarly, when someone thinks of listing a property in Nigeria, they think “NeoLiving”.
• Radical Transparency: The market is full of lies. Your content will be the antidote. You will educate the market on avoiding scams and navigating the chaos of Lagos real estate.
• High Level & Low Level: Strategy meetings in the morning; recording site inspections on your phone in the afternoon. If you are too senior to get your hands dirty, do not apply.
• Metrics That Matter: We don't pay for "likes." You will be measured on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Sign-ups, and Agent Onboarding. We expect you to design and run experiments, not just campaigns.

Who You Are

• You speak "Nigeria" & you speak “Realestate: You know the difference between selling to an Island investor and a Mainland first-time buyer. You understand the local anxiety around property fraud.
• Tech-Literate: You don't need to code, but you aren't scared of data, SEO, or automation tools.
• A Finisher: You don't wait for permission or perfect conditions. You see a gap, and you fill it.
• Proven: Show us what you have built. We want to see campaigns that converted, not only a CV full of buzzwords.

Experience, Education and Qualification
We value execution over degree. Nevertheless, a relevant certification/qualification would be a plus:

• Relevant experience (compulsory)
• BSc, HND or similar
• Google Analytics
• SEO.
