Farifaiz Investment Limited is a leading FMCG, Logistics and Energies business company with different lines of businesses. The company has two other subsidiaries; The Kursi Ltd ( A Real Estate ) and D-Arsh Capital LTD( A financial Lending and Credit Services )

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s sales growth by directly engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • You will serve as a key representative of the company, showcasing our brand and products to potential customers.
  • The position sits within the Marketing and Sales department, emphasizing its essential contribution to business expansion and customer acquisition.
  • As an entry-level role, the position offers a dynamic environment to build foundational sales skills and advance in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels, including face-to-face presentations, telephone calls, and online interactions.
  • Present and promote company products or services to existing and potential clients, addressing questions and concerns to facilitate a positive sales experience.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, tracking sales activities, and maintaining up-to-date progress reports.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to expand knowledge and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and foster a supportive sales environment.

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous sales experience is not necessary but beneficial; an enthusiastic willingness to learn is essential.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation with an ability to handle rejection positively and persistently.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office suite.
