Job Title: Trial Station Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Description

• Organize and conduct field days at lead farmers' fields to showcase product effectiveness.
• Maintain an updated database of key farmers within the assigned territory.
• Organize farmer meetings to enhance engagement and awareness.
• Submit trial and demo reports in a timely manner.
• Manage product trials at the trial station to evaluate seed performance.
• Maintain technical data records and photo documentation of trials.
• Submit technical data reports to the Trial Station Supervisor for analysis.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of trial station assets and equipment.
• Implement crop protection and production measures to enhance trial outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of BSc / HND in Agricultural or Agricultural Extension or Crop Science or Related Field
• Minimum of 4 years hands on experience in Farming on a large scale
• Strong knowledge of Crop Science and vegetables planting.
