We are entering a critical growth phase and are looking for a senior creative leader to rebuild Circo’s brand from the ground up, embed creative thinking directly into the product, and establish the creative foundation for long-term scale.

Role Overview
The Product Creative Manager will own Circo’s end-to-end creative identity across product, brand, social, campaigns, and storytelling.
This role mirrors product-embedded creative leadership found at platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Patreon, and Discord, where creative direction is inseparable from product experience.
Initially, this is a hands-on, zero-to-one role. Over time, it evolves into a strategic leadership position responsible for building and leading Circo’s internal creative function.
Mission Of The Role
Rebuild Circo’s brand identity and visual language across all touchpoints.
Translate complex product features into clear, compelling, creator-first narratives.
Establish creative systems that scale with the product and organisation.
Build and lead Circo’s internal creative function as the company grows.
This role requires comfort operating as both an individual contributor and a creative leader.
Partner with Content and Marketing to translate product features into intuitive, creator-friendly narratives.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design onboarding flows, product tours, explainers, and educational content.
Social & Content Creative Direction:
Redesign and own Circo’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
Build scalable content templates, motion systems, and storytelling formats.
Develop creator-focused series, announcements, and culturally relevant narratives.
SEO, Editorial & Campaign Creative:
Establish visual systems for SEO, editorial, and long-form content.
Design campaign assets for product launches, partnerships, livestreams, and cultural moments.
Ensure creative relevance across African and global cultural contexts.
Creative Systems & Operations:
Build asset libraries, workflows, and scalable creative operations.
Establish review processes, quality standards, and documentation.
Manage external creative partners and vendors where required.
Required Experience
7+ years in senior creative, brand, or product design roles.
Proven experience rebuilding or scaling a brand identity.
Strong portfolio demonstrating: Brand systems and design language systems (DLS), Product storytelling and UX-adjacent design, Motion and social content systems, and Campaign and launch creative
Experience in fast-paced, zero-to-one or high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of global creator culture and African cultural contexts.
Demonstrated ability to execute independently and scale creative systems over time.

Compensation & Benefits
Circo offers a globally aligned compensation package, benchmarked against international tech and creator-economy companies.
Salary Range: USD $10,000 – $18,000 per annum (net) (Final compensation depends on experience, skill depth, and execution capability.)
