Job Summary

• As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
• You will drive execution, track progress across key projects, and ensure alignment between leadership vision and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO’s priorities into clear, executable initiatives and work plans
• Track progress against strategic goals, OKRs, and vision plans across teams
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade-offs early and escalate appropriately
• Support execution of high-impact strategic and operational projects across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Strategy, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or senior management support roles
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to operate with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment.
