The Sales & Retail Operations Manager is the executive guardian of Pams FashionXtra’s commercial and operational health.
This high-impact role combines elite luxury sales, sophisticated client relationship management (CRM), and rigorous retail operations.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Abuja showroom and the e-commerce platform run as a high-performance, synchronized system with zero day-to-day supervision from the CEO.
Revenue Ownership: Drive and exceed monthly sales targets across physical and digital channels (Showroom, Website, WhatsApp, Social media).
High-End Clienteling: Develop and execute a "Private Client" strategy. You will manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), providing bespoke styling consultations and maintaining long-term loyalty and walk-in store expereince.
Conversion Mastery: Manage the digital sales funnel. You are responsible for turning Instagram inquiries and "Abandoned Carts" into completed transactions through persuasive, premium-tone communication.
Operational & Systems Management:
Omnichannel Synchronization: You are the custodian of the "Single Source of Truth." You must ensure every piece of inventory is tracked, and every sale (online or offline) is accurately recorded in the E-commerce backend in real-time.
Logistics & Fulfillment Management: Oversee the end-to-end dispatch process. You will manage courier relationships, automate waybill generation, and ensure the "Zero-Trip" logistics protocol is strictly followed.
Inventory & Stock Control: Conduct weekly stock audits. You are responsible for stock accuracy, identifying fast-moving items for restock, and managing the procurement of branded packaging and retail supplies.
Showroom & Brand Aesthetic Excellence:
Visual Merchandising Leadership: Ensure the Abuja showroom maintains a "Vogue-standard" aesthetic at all times.
Team Supervision: Supervise front desk staff, tailors or studio assistants, ensuring adherence to the brand’s professional operating procedure and standards.
Required Skills & Technical Competencies:
Luxury Retail Analytics: Ability to interpret sales data, conversion rates, and inventory turnover to make informed business recommendations.
Digital Ecosystem Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Social Media Sales, E-commerce and WhatsApp Business features.
Garment & Textile Expertise: Deep understanding of luxury fabrics, garment construction, and female silhouette styling to provide expert-level product knowledge.
Project Management: Ability to coordinate a collection launch, from stock arrival to photography coordination and sales floor readiness.

Founder Decompression: Has the CEO's involvement in sales and day to day dropped by 90%?
System Integrity: Is the e-store inventory 100% accurate compared to physical stock?
Sales Growth: Has the conversion rate of digital leads increased by at least 25%?
Experience & Track Record Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in a management-level role within a high-end or luxury fashion brand.
Proven Track Record: You must demonstrate a documented history of managing complex retail operations and achieving significant sales growth.
Industry Network: Preference will be given to candidates with existing relationships in the Nigerian luxury fashion ecosystem.
