Job Title: Digital Marketer (Growth & Performance)

Role Overview

• The Digital Marketer will own Circo’s digital growth efforts across acquisition, activation, and conversion.
• This is a hands-on role focused on execution, experimentation, and performance. You will work closely with Product and Creative to turn messaging into measurable growth and provide the traction signals needed for fundraising.

 Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Drive user acquisition through social media, content, paid ads, and partnerships
• Partner with Product and Creative to improve onboarding, messaging, and conversion
• Plan and run growth experiments across channels and funnels
• Track, analyse, and report on key growth metrics
• Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations

Requires  Experience 

• 3–6+ years in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles
• Experience growing digital products, platforms, or communities
• Strong understanding of funnels, paid media, and analytics
• Experience with creator platforms or content-led products is a plus
• Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving environments

Core Skills:

• Performance and growth marketing
• Paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Analytics and reporting (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Funnel optimisation and experimentation
• Strong copy and messaging instincts

Compensation & Benefits

• Circo offers a competitive, flexible compensation package aligned with early-stage companies.
• Salary Range: USD $7,000 – $10,000 per annum (net)
• Final compensation depends on experience, performance track record, and execution ability.
