Job Description

• We need a Sales and Operations Manager to strengthen our distribution network and drive performance.
• The role suits someone who understands fast-moving consumer goods, leads teams with confidence, and delivers strong execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily sales activities across assigned territories
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
• Train and guide sales reps to improve performance
• Build relationships with retailers and other partners
• Track results and prepare accurate reports for management
• Promote operational discipline across all sales outlets
• Resolve market issues through prompt follow up

Requirements

• HND or BSc in a relevant field
• Strong background in sales or operations within FMCG
• Solid leadership record
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good knowledge of Onitsha and surrounding markets.

Salary
N150,000 to N200,000 based on skills and experience.
