Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Support Associate to provide frontline technical support for Figorr’s temperature monitoring devices, platforms, and internal systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical or IT support, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users; NYSC interns with relevant technical background and strong learning aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply.
You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, user satisfaction, and smooth deployment of Figorr’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first level technical support for Figorr’s hardware devices, software platforms, and internal IT systems via email, phone, chat, or ticketing tools like Zoho.
Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and device-related issues in a timely manner.
Escalation Management: Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the Technical Support team lead or Technology team, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
System Setup & Maintenance: Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of devices, applications, and user accounts.
Documentation: Accurately log support tickets, document issues and resolutions, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and report trends or risks to the relevant teams.
Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection standards, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
Education: OND, HND, technical certification, trade/IT school training, or equivalent practical experience in IT, technical support, or systems operations.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, helpdesk, device monitoring, or a related role. Current NYSC members, recent graduates, or candidates with hands-on internship or field experience are preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS), networking concepts, and software applications.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a structured approach to resolving issues.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
Customer-Focused: Strong service orientation and ability to manage users professionally under pressure.
Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Tools: Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic IT documentation is an advantage.
Industry Exposure: Experience in logistics, IoT, SaaS, or cold chain environments is a plus.
