Job Title: Sales Executive (Luxury / High-Value Products – Showroom)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Showroom Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive (Luxury / High-Value Products) is responsible for selling premium and high-value products within the showroom by delivering an exceptional, personalized customer experience.
  • The role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth and discerning customers while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in and appointment-based customers in a professional, polished, and courteous manner
  • Understand customer lifestyle, preferences, and requirements to recommend suitable high-value products
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain premium product features, craftsmanship, warranties, and value proposition
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat purchases and referrals
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets for high-ticket items
  • Handle price discussions, negotiations, and closing of high-value transactions professionally
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation accurately
  • Maintain a detailed customer database and follow up with prospects and existing clients
  • Ensure showroom displays reflect luxury brand standards at all times
  • Handle customer concerns or objections with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium retail, or high-value products (e.g. furniture,or interior finishes)
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
