Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Reports to: The President of Faculty , School of Fintech , The PaymentLogue.

Job Summary

• The Paymentlogue is the knowledge infrastructure for Africa’s fintech ecosystem. Our School of Fintech is the heartbeat of this mission—equipping the next generation of fintech leaders with practical, industry-aligned skills.
• We are looking for a visionary Product Owner to take full ownership of the School of Fintech.
• You will sit at the intersection of Edtech and Fintech, bridging the gap between high-level curriculum design and seamless digital execution.
• Your goal is to build a stellar educational product that offers an unmatched onboarding experience, remains hyper-relevant to the African fintech landscape, and scales through the smart use of technology and AI.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Growth:

• Offer Creation: Develop and refine attractive course offers and value propositions that resonate with both individual professionals and corporate partners.
• Visibility & Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to determine product-led growth strategies that increase the school’s visibility and authority.
• Curriculum Evolution: Monitor the African fintech ecosystem (policy shifts, new payment rails, etc.) to ensure course content is updated in real-time, keeping our students ahead of the curve.

Execution & Operations (JTBD):

• End-to-End Management: Own the development, management, and coordination of all School of Fintech programs from ideation to graduation.
• AI-Driven Productivity: Act as a "digital native," leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, personalize student interactions, and multiply the team’s ability to execute "Jobs To Be Done" (JTBD) efficiently.
• Onboarding Experience: Design and optimize a frictionless, onboarding process for new students and corporate cohorts.

Stakeholder & Faculty Coordination:

• Faculty Management: Act as the primary bridge between the school and our Faculty members, facilitators, and volunteers.
• Resource Optimization: Coordinate with industry experts to ensure timely delivery of lectures, assessments, and mentorship sessions.
• Community Feedback: Translate student feedback and data into actionable product improvements.

Quality Assurance & Delivery:

• Ensure the learning management system (LMS) and all digital touchpoints are functional, intuitive, and reflect the premium nature of the brand.
• Define and track North Star metrics for student success, completion rates, and post-program impact.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 4+ years in Product Management, Edtech, or Program Coordination within the Fintech/Tech space.
• Sector Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the African Fintech ecosystem (Payments, Lending, Crypto, Regtech) and modern Edtech trends.
• Digital Native: Highly proficient in modern productivity stacks (Notion, Slack, LMS platforms) and a high level of AI literacy (using basic LLMs and automation tools to enhance output).
• Hands-on Product Skills: Ability to wireframe experiences, map user journeys, and write clear product/program requirements.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including high-level industry facilitators and volunteers.
• Analytical Mindset: Able to use data to justify product pivots or new course introductions.

Salary
N250,000 monthly (negotiable).
