Description

• We are seeking highly skilled Online Groups Community Managers tobuild, grow, and nurture our brand's digital community by fostering engagement, moderating discussions, creating content, and acting as the liaison between the brand and its members, ensuring a positive environment, gathering feedback, and aligning community efforts with business goals through data analysis and strategic planning across platforms like forums, social media, and chatting apps.
• Must have proven expertise in managing large online communities

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Spark conversations, plan activities and campaigns (events, AMAs), welcome new members, and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Moderation & Guidelines: Set community rules, enforce them, manage conflicts, and remove inappropriate content to maintain a respectful space.
• Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, newsletters) that reflects brand voice and meets community needs.
• Brand Voice & Support: Act as the face of the brand, provide customer service, respond to inquiries, and manage reputation.
• Strategy & Analytics: Use data to track KPIs (sentiment, growth), analyze trends, and report insights to internal teams (marketing, product).
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, PR, and product teams to align community efforts with broader objectives and feedback.
• Reputation Management: Monitor feedback, address complaints, and manage potential crises.
• Trend Spotting: Identify relevant trends and topics within the community.
• Reporting: Track engagement, sentiment, and growth metrics, reporting on community health.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with proven experience.
• Proven expertise in managing and growing online communities on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and forums
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, engagement, and content creation skills
• Strong empathy, problem-solving, and member retention abilities
• Deep understanding of community dynamics, engagement strategies, and digital trends
• Creative and strategic thinker with basic design and analytics skills
• Experience in tech, crypto, or digital-native communities is an advantage
• Proficient with social media and community management tools, as well as analytics platforms
• Graphics skill is an added advantage.
