Description

• We are seeking motivated and experienced Security Supervisors to join our esteemed team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• The ideal candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of security protocols and will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, personnel, and property.
• Security Supervisors will oversee the daily operations of security teams, enforce company policies, and respond to incidents swiftly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of security personnel.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Prepare detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Train and supervise security staff to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a security supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and security clearances.
