We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Zendesk Telesales Agent (Fintech - Forex & Cryptocurrency)

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and live chat through Zendesk. Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into funded trading accounts.
• Guide prospective clients through the account registration, verification, and initial funding process. Provide clear, compliant explanations of our forex and cryptocurrency trading products, platform features, and risk disclosures.
• Build rapport with potential clients, understand their trading goals and experience level, and tailor the sales approach to meet their needs.
• Meticulously log all interactions, updates, and client information within the Zendesk CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion, account activations, and initial deposits.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the forex and cryptocurrency markets, company promotions, and product updates to communicate value effectively.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, financial regulations, and scripts to ensure compliant and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum of an OND/HND/B.Sc.in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience, preferably within fintech, banking, forex, brokerage, or cryptocurrency.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Zendesk or similar (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Competency with MS Office Suite.
• Language: Fluent in English and Hausa is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: N80,000 - N120,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
• Incentive Structure: Attractive weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses and commissions.
• Transportation Subsidy: N3,000 daily transportation allowance.
