Job Title: Real Estate Sales Specialist (Management Program)

Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to market, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property inspections, negotiating deals, and closing sales while delivering excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels
• Market properties via site inspections, online listings, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property options
• Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms of sale or lease
• Prepare and follow up on offers, contracts, and documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep accurate records of leads, transactions, and client interactions
• Stay informed on property market trends and competitor offerings.

Performance Indicators

• Number of closed sales or leases
• Revenue generated
• Client satisfaction and retention
• Lead conversion rate.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Good knowledge of local property markets and locations
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
