We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Strategy and Sales Assistant

Locations: Lagos, Ogun and Oyo - Based in Southwest Nigeria (preferably Lagos / Ogun)
Employment Type: Part-time
Contract period: 9 months
Basis: Part time (3 days a week), mostly remote with occasional travel

Job Summary

• The Marketing Strategy & Sales Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Lead to support the design and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that promote our EdTech solution, enhance brand visibility and ultimately drive customer acquisition.
• The role requires a results-oriented individual with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• The successful candidate will contribute to identifying growth opportunities and developing engaging marketing materials (including presentations and digital content); for both in-person sales effort and online campaigns.
• A strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels, the ability to collaborate effectively and flexibility to travel within Nigeria are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing lead to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of the marketing strategy
• Perform market and client research
• Analyse data from reporting tools
• Develop and monitor marketing campaigns- assisting with online and offline content
• Create reports on marketing performance
• Manage schedules for marketing initiatives
• Attend face-to-face client engagements and educational events
• Organise and manage marketing assets
• Coordinate and commission photography, videos and infographics.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• University degree (Preferably in Marketing, Sales or Business)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high level of attention to details
• Demonstrable relevant sales or marketing experience
• Understanding of basic businessand marketing concepts
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Must be self-motivated and have a strong ability to use one’s own initiative and work effectively within brand constraints.
