We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lawyer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Job Responsibilities

• Business Affairs:‌ Independently complete contract reviews for the company, control risk points in contracts, and lead negotiation work.
• Dispute Resolution:‌ Capable of independently handling litigation and arbitration cases.
• Document Drafting:‌ Proficient in drafting and reviewing various legal documents (litigation documents, contracts, legal opinions, memoranda, etc.).
• External Communication:‌ Communicate with external institutions (courts, government, law firms, regulatory bodies).
• Risk Advisory:‌ Timely identify and advise on risks to avoid company losses.

Job Requirements

• Education Requirement:‌ Graduates from prestigious universities are preferred.
• Must hold:‌ Nigerian legal professional qualification certificate.
• Work Experience:‌ More than 5 years of experience handling civil cases.
• No record of violations of lawyer professional standards, no complaints from the Lawyers Association, and no history of misconduct towards clients such as overcharging, non-performance, deception, threats, or harming interests (Critical).
• Possess good professional ethics and spirit, loyal and protective of client interests, honest and trustworthy, can be relied upon, fulfill commitments, understand business etiquette, and pay attention to personal brand.
• Have a solid foundation in law and good case-handling skills.
• Possess strong logical analysis ability, strong negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an international company is preferred; standard English accent is required.
• Good basic qualities, polite, optimistic mindset, and behave in a courteous and appropriate manner.
• Strong learning ability, willing to continuously improve oneself, have initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Can independently and proactively carry out work, possess an enterprising spirit, and complete the work cycle of planning, execution, and reporting summary.
• Have good team spirit and strong organizational, coordination, communication, and leadership abilities, can listen well, and possess excellent interpersonal and social activity skills.
