• Inventory & Financials: Manage inventory levels, order stock, handle merchandising, and analyze sales reports to boost profitability.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer issues, manage complaints, and ensure high levels of service,, fostering loyalty.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies, including cash handling and loss prevention.
• Operations & Strategy: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operations to ensure efficiency, including opening/closing procedures,.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain a motivated team and a positive work environment.
