• We're seeking a detail-oriented Supervisor to support our management team. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Manager with customer feedback and room service
• Ensuring rooms are cleaned and maintained to high standards
• Supervising daily operations and staff performance
• Monitoring bookings and updating systems
• Conducting evening rounds to gather customer feedback
• Supporting the Manager to drive operational excellence.
• Conducting face-to-face interactions with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have strong communication skills.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
