Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Chef that canprepare authentic Nigerian and Indian foods when needed. 

Responsibilities

• Assist and Prepare, cook, and present traditional Nigerian and Indian dishes with authentic flavors whenever needed
• Assist and develop and innovate new recipes while maintaining the authenticity .
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Assist and manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu as appropriate.
